RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Sassy Cassy’s products can be returned as long as it is within 10 days of receipt of the product. All returns or exchanges must have been regular priced, unworn and undamaged and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We try to best insure that returns are processed as soon as possible; please allow 14 business days for your exchange or refund to be credited.

Tracking Your Package

If you’ve ordered merchandise from Sassy Cassy’s and have created an account profile, you can track your package through Your Account. Upon confirmation of the order, you will also receive a confirmation email about the details of your shipment. If you haven’t received an email confirming shipment from a delivery carrier, please contact info@sassycassys.com or the delivery company that is responsible for delivering your package.

Time frame to receive order

Once the footwear is ordered a confirmation email will be sent to you with a time frame of the arrival of the package. Most merchandise is received within 5-10 business days once the order is placed.
